PETRA PETS sells pet grooming products intended for external use on dogs only.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, prices, descriptions, ingredients, images, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is error-free, complete, current, or free from typographical mistakes.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at any time.
3. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
PETRA PETS products are grooming products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, allergy, infection, or skin disorder.
Our products are not veterinary medicines and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian.
Before using any PETRA PETS product, you should read the product label, ingredients, directions, and warnings carefully.
We recommend testing a small amount of product on a small area of your dog’s body before full use. Wait and observe for any signs of irritation, redness, itching, swelling, discomfort, or sensitivity.
Do not use the product if your dog has a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient.
Avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose, mouth, open wounds, irritated skin, or sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Stop use immediately if irritation, redness, itching, swelling, discomfort, or any unusual reaction occurs. If symptoms continue, contact a licensed veterinarian.
Consult a veterinarian before use if your dog has sensitive skin, allergies, a skin condition, is pregnant or nursing, is a puppy, or is under medical treatment.
By purchasing and using our products, you agree that you are responsible for using the products properly and following all directions, warnings, and instructions.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You agree to use PETRA PETS products only as directed.
PETRA PETS is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, improper handling, failure to follow directions, allergic reactions, use on animals other than dogs, use on irritated or injured skin, or use contrary to the product label or warnings.
Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee that any product will produce a specific result for every dog.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability, shipping restrictions, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
6. PAYMENTS
All payments must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card or debit card information on our website.

7. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is specifically offered.
PETRA PETS is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases.
Because PETRA PETS products are pet grooming and personal-care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or the wrong item was shipped.
For the safety of pets and future customers, returned grooming products cannot be resold, restocked, or shipped to another customer once the product has left our facility.
All sales are final except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and the issue.
We may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
Do not return any product unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
